Now that the practicle part of the coursework is done, we now have to do the evaluation part which involves four evaluation questions, two ancillary tasks: an digital pack consisting of an album cover, the two inside covers and back cover, and an advert advertising the album, along with a website presenting all of this.
Whilst doing the ancillary tasks and evaluation questions, it was necessary to continue to update my blog.

Final Day of Editing
On the final day of editing, we only had to edit the last chorus which was quite challenging, as the lighting wasn't too good whilst filming thus, it made it hard for us to synch the song with the footage. However, once this was done, we put the title and the artists name at the beginning of the music video to show that we correctly imposed the codes and conventions of real music videos.
In our next day of editing, we had to put together the final scene which was the scene with the prostituate and her client.
This scene in particularly, was very challenging as we did not want to show everything that we recorded with too much voyeurism that would limit our possible target audience, thus it was necessary to cut scenes out that would not be too suggestive but would keep the audience guessing what would happen next. To create this meaning, i used cutting and "cross dissolve" effect to blend each scene together. The use of blank flashes is very effective as it evokes the meaning that something is happening or is going to happen. At the end of this scene where the prostituate sits ontop of her client, me and Gemma decided to cut the part where she goes in for the kiss completely as the teacher felt that it was too suggestive and it would be more effective if we cut it out.
